e-DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
For clients that have FSC Brokerage or Advisory Accounts, I am proud to offer an Environmentally-Friendly way for you to receive statements and various shareholder information (annual reports, voting proxies, prospectuses, etc.) - by EMAIL.  For legitimate reasons, this is not something I'm allowed to implement for you.  There are two different processes for suppressing physical mail - see below.

Click on the links below to see instructions for setting up e-Delivery.  If you have a Non-Brokerage Account or you aren't certain, click on the 3rd link to inquire about whether e-Delivery can be established for your accounts.

FSC/Pershing Brokerage - Statements
FSC/Pershing Brokerage - Shareholder Info (Annual Reports. Proxies, Prospectuses)
Inquire about e-Delivery for other accounts (please be specific)

FSC/PERSHING BROKERAGE ACCOUNT STATEMENTS

Following these instructions will make sure that all statements are sent to up to two (2) email addresses. You are certainly entitled to continue receiving paper statements if you wish; however, even if you do prefer paper, I would suggest this is still a viable option, as you would be able to print any pages you choose, while eliminating the environmental impact of envelopes and the transportation of them.  Also, given my lack of confidence in the US Mail, I'm not so sure that this isn't a MORE SECURE way of transmitting your personal financial info.

You will need to have online access established for your accounts.  If you're not sure you do or have lost your user info, please contact me.

1)    Go to www.FSCBrokerageView.com - Type in your username, click Login - you'll then go through a little security process to get logged in.
2)    Along the TOP, Click on the "PORTFOLIO" link
3)    In the menu on the LEFT, Click on the "ONLINE DOCUMENTS" link
4)    Near the top, you'll see a sentence, "Configure your Document Delivery to turn on/off delivery of paper statements and confirmations".  Click on the words "DOCUMENT DELIVERY"
5)    Click on the "CHANGE" button
6)    If you do not have an email address recorded, you will be asked to type your email address twice and click the "SAVE" button
7)    The next screen looks like this:

You may change or Add an email address at the top.  Make sure you click on all the circles that say "EMAIL NOTIFICATION", then click on the "NEXT" button

8)    The next page has "terms & conditions" and asks you to type your name and then click the "SAVE" button - And you're done!

FSC/PERSHING SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION

1)    Go to www.icsdelivery.com - if you follow this link, it will take you directly to the sign up page for FSC Securities (my Broker/Dealer).  If you find yourself at the icsdelivery home page, you will have to navigate to the sign up page by clicking on the letter "F" and looking for the FSC Securities link (on the right)
2)    On the right side of the signup screen, you will then be prompted to enter the following information (twice):

a.    Account Number, which begins with a 3-digit prefix
             (35T, 35Q, 6LV, 3MA or A6G) followed by 6 numeric digits.

b.    Your Email Address

c.    Last 4 digits of the Primary Social Security Number for THAT account.

3)    Check all the boxes in section 7 & 8 and click "SUBMIT"
4)    I believe you'll receive some kind of email to confirm the choices you made.
5)    This process will need to be repeated if you have more than one brokerage account.
Because shareholder reports, annual statements, proxy statements and prospectuses would generally be very large files, they will not be attached to the emails you receive.  You will receive a notification of and a link to these documents are online, where you can either view them or download them.
